Weihua “Tony” Wang is President and CEO of Three W International, North America’s premier international educational management company. In collaboration with more than 160 partner educational institutions, Three W International helps enroll thousands of international students at secondary and post-secondary schools across North America. Tony has led and been the visionary for the company since 2010. In recognition of his business acumen and entrepreneurial savvy, Forbes China Magazine named him one of China’s “Top 30 Under 30” Rising Stars in 2014.
Tony’s commitment to cultivating global citizens in various cultures derives from his personal experience. As a teenager, Tony’s family emigrated from China to Canada, a move that broadened his own cultural perspective by uniting East and West. After completing high school in his newly adopted homeland, Tony matriculated to the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, where he lived until completing his studies at the prestigious institution.read more
In addition to leading Three W International, Tony advises the Clinton Global Initiative as well as the United Nations Development Programme on education-related matters. Such a full plate requires much travel, and he splits most of his time between Los Angeles and Beijing, which are home to Three W International’s two headquarters. When not juggling his many professional responsibilities, Tony enjoys Scuba diving, hiking, and Mixed Martial Arts. In the future, Tony hopes to continuously evolve and develop in ways large and small, as he wholeheartedly adheres to the adage that, ‘once you stop learning, you start dying’.
Jim Glowacki has joined Three W International as our Executive Vice President after 25 years in Catholic and Private Schools. Jim was a teacher, college professor, administrator, and eventually Headmaster of St. Mary’s Preparatory in Orchard Lake, Michigan. St. Mary’s Preparatory was the first school that Three W signed in the United States, and Jim supervised the St. Mary’s Boarding School Program that had 56 students from Three W as well as international students from over 9 different countries and 8 different states across the U.S. Jim stepped down as Headmaster after 15 years in the position and 25 years on staff.
Jim has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Wayne State University in Detroit and a Master’s Degree in Comparative Literature from Wayne State University as well. Jim was also a Doctoral Candidate in Literary Theory before transferring to Madonna University to obtain his teaching and administrative certification with extensive coursework for a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Jim is also a published author and former professor who has contributed to an international work documenting the life experiences of a student from China studying in the United States.read more
When Jim is not traveling extensively for Twinn Palms or Three W, he has an eleven-year-old son, Jimmy, who is the complete and total light of his life.
Stephen Robinson, Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. Stephen ‘Steve’ Robinson is a career educator with a global focus. He has served in universities, independent schools, a foreign bilingual school system, and recently participated in a project to reimagine education for American schools. A native of Oklahoma, Steve has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. Post-doctoral studies have included Fulbright Fellowship, U.S. – German International Education Administrators Program, Germany; Wharton-IRHE Executive Education Program for the Knight Collaborative, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; Institute for Independent School Leaders, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard University; and the Leadership Development Program, Center for Creative Leadership.
For the past year, Steve Robinson has served as the Canon for Education for the Episcopal Diocese of Honduras. In this missionary assignment, he has supported the bishop with the diocesan education programs, with a primary focus on strategic planning, system development, and leadership development within the seven bilingual schools of the diocese.read more
Prior to moving to Honduras, Steve served as the president of the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) from July 2007 to June 2015. In this role he was the CEO of the largest independent school regional accrediting association in the US, serving and accrediting approximately 375 independent schools in 11 states and four countries. Prior to his service at SAIS, he served as the headmaster of two independent boarding schools; Saddlebrook Preparatory School (FL) and The Orme School of Arizona.
Steve’s career as an educator began when he served as the director of student recruitment at Southern Nazarene University. This role was followed by positions as the director of student assessment and the director of graduate student services, Oklahoma State University; associate vice chancellor for enrollment management, University of Nebraska-Kearney; and vice president for student affairs, Carl Albert State College.
Steve earned a bachelor of arts in religion from Bethany Nazarene College, where he competed successfully as an intercollegiate basketball player. He also earned his master of arts in general education from Southern Nazarene University and a doctor of philosophy in applied behavioral studies in education from Oklahoma State University.

Nathan (Nate) Rosenberger, Regional Vice President
Nate Rosenberger has been with Three W International for nearly 5 years, serving first as the National Sales Director before transitioning to his current role as Regional Vice President in their Orlando, Florida office. Nate brings 14 years of business experience to the company with a primary focus in sales and operations functions in the industries of retail management, healthcare, finance and investments, and education management. His experience has allowed him to live and work in multiple states throughout the country and interact with people and businesses of various backgrounds and interests.
Nate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Prior to earning his degree at UCF, Nate studied for several years at Centre College, a prestigious private university in Danville, Kentucky. Most recently, Nate has completed an intensive, short-term mini-MBA program at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, a top-ranked private university in Winter Park, Florida.read more
As the son of a United States Army Officer, Nate spent most of his life living all over the world. After being born in Germany, Nate spent the next 20 years of his life living and traveling throughout Europe and the United States. Growing up as an international student in a foreign country, Nate is able to understand and empathize with what international students experience when they study and travel abroad.
When Nate is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, their daughter, Haley, and their son, Evan.
Paul joins Three W having served as the chief legal officer for two companies with international reach and as a transactional and intellectual property lawyer in-house for a Fortune 500 company. Paul began his law career in New York and Washington, D.C. practicing corporate and regulatory law on behalf of Fortune 500 clients of an AmLaw 100 law firm.
Paul leverages an MBA and business-side experience to help companies manage risk as they seize the opportunity. On the business-side, Paul has led brand strategy, business development, product development, project management, stakeholder relationship management, and marketing communications. Thanks to that experience, he practices law from an opportunity-driven mindset.
Paul brings to Three W education sector experience consulting to universities and colleges on brand strategy and stewarding education sector client relationships for the brand strategy consultancy with which he collaborated.read more
